The plan of salvation can be found in the book of Acts chapter 2 verse 38. In verse 39 God makes a promise to all of us. God spoke through Peter a few verses later and warned everybody to obey the Lord and save yourselves. In other words, when we repent and get baptized in the name of Jesus and allow God to fill us with the Holy Spirit we can claim salvation.
